Introduction:
This creamy smoothie combines ripe avocado and banana with Asal Bee honey for a refreshing and nourishing drink. Perfect as a light breakfast or midday boost.

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp Asal Bee Yemeni Honey

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or almond)

  • ½ cup ice

  • Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter for extra protein

Instructions:

  1. Cut avocado in half remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a blender.

  2. Add banana honey milk and ice.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tip: For a nutty twist add a spoonful of almond or peanut butter before blending.
