This creamy smoothie combines ripe avocado and banana with Asal Bee honey for a refreshing and nourishing drink. Perfect as a light breakfast or midday boost.
Ingredients (2 servings):

1 ripe avocado

1 banana (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp Asal Bee Yemeni Honey

1 cup milk (dairy or almond)

½ cup ice

Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter for extra protein
Instructions:

Cut avocado in half remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a blender.

Add banana honey milk and ice.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
