Return Policy
Our Return Policy
You must return the item within 7 calendar days, starting from the day you received it, in order to qualify for a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not have been used. It must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our Refund Policy
We guarantee that our products meet your high standards, but if for any reason they do not, we offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
- Returned products will be collected within 7-10 business days of authorization from the company. Please note that products lost during delivery will not be accepted. Only unused and unopened products will be considered for return.
- Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be subject to the terms of the offer. For example, if you purchased a bundle offer or “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offer, you will need to return all items included in the offer to be eligible for a refund.
- Once we receive the returned product and conduct a quality check, we will process the refund, which may take 4-5 working days. Please note that it may take an additional 4-7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
- If the product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the full delivery charge if all products in the order are returned. If you decide to keep some of the products, we will retain the applicable delivery charge.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please keep all items in their original packaging with their inner packaging intact. Failure to do so may result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
Getting your refund
If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be processed on the card used for payment and will be issued in the next billing cycle following the receipt of the returned product on the company’s approval. Any free or discounted products received as part of a promotional offer must also be returned. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the product does not fully comply with our policy.
Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment and will be determined by the company.
How to Shop Online
Welcome to Asal Bee online. With us, shopping is almost as easy as breathing. Convenience and security are guaranteed too. To make a purchase, follow the outlined instructions below.
Finding and adding an item of your choice to the shopping cart
To locate the desired item, you have two options: browse the category pages or use the on-site search function. Once you have located the product, choose the appropriate size and click “add to bag”. You can also use the Quickshop button by hovering over the product image, or click on the product name or ‘view details’ link for more information before selecting “add to bag” from the product detail page. After adding the item to your bag, you can adjust the quantity as needed.
The shopping bag
After you have completed your shopping, locate the shopping bag icon on any page and click on it. This will take you to your shopping bag, where you can review your product selections and adjust the quantities as needed. To proceed with your purchase, click on the checkout button.
Order details
On the following page, you will be prompted to either sign in or create an account if you haven’t already done so. Then, you will need to enter your billing and delivery address information. If you have previously saved this information in your Account Profile, you will not need to enter it again. This is also where you can select one of our five delivery options and opt for gift wrapping. Additionally, you can choose the multiship option to have parts of your order shipped to multiple addresses of your choice.
Confirmation
After confirming your order, a confirmation page will appear with your unique reference number and the total amount charged to your credit or debit card. You can either print this page as a reference or wait for an order confirmation email that will contain all the details of your purchase, including the items purchased, delivery addresses, delivery options, and packaging options. You can keep this email for your records. If you have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
View Bag
To view the items you have selected for purchase, click on the shopping bag icon. Here, you will see a list of the items you have selected along with the quantity of each item and the total cost of your purchase. You can remove items or adjust the quantities as needed in this section.
Deleting Items from your Shopping Bag
To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, navigate to “View Bag” and click on the “Remove” link located under the product name. This will eliminate the item from your shopping bag.
Offer Codes
Applying an Offer Code
To apply an offer code to your order, you must first sign in to your online account using your email address and password. Before entering the offer code, it is important to thoroughly read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer or promotion to ensure that your order meets the qualifying criteria. Please note that only one offer code can be used per order, and offer codes cannot be combined with other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, and limited editions. It is important to note that offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Orders placed before the start or after the expiry of the offer will not qualify for the promotion.
Troubleshooting
Before entering the offer code, make sure that you are signed in to your account while placing the order. Check that your order does not include any sale items, new launches, gift sets, or limited-edition products. Also, ensure that the offer code is formatted correctly, paying attention to capital letters and special characters. It is important to note that offers can only be applied to orders placed within the promotional dates. Any orders placed before or after the qualifying period will not be eligible for the promotion. If an offer code does not apply to your order, please verify that your order meets the qualifying criteria before completing the transaction as the code will not apply automatically after checkout.
